CourtIt – Super Intelligence for Your Practice
Every practice runs on what it knows. CourtIt is building a new way for Indian legal practices to find, connect, and use their knowledge. It begins today with plain-language research across Supreme Court and High Court judgments, with citations checked against court records.
Research that begins with your question
Put a point of law to CourtIt the way you would put it to a colleague. It searches Supreme Court and High Court judgments and returns an answer that names the authorities it relies on. You read the judgments and decide what belongs in your argument.
Answers you can trace to the record
CourtIt checks the citations in its research against court records, and the methodology page sets out each step. You can test the approach on work you already have: paste existing research into the citation checker, a free beta that needs no login and is open about its incomplete coverage. A match tells you the citation corresponds to a court record. Whether the case supports your argument, and whether it remains good law, is for your judgement.
In development
Reported law is half of what a practice knows. The other half sits in its matter files. CourtIt holds the whole case in one place: pleadings, evidence, records and every judgment that bears on it. Ask it anything about a matter, by text or by voice, and get answers that point to the source pages. Then let it carry the work of the firm, from research and drafting to hearing preparation.
